- We will acknowledge your order by
e-mail within 24 hours of its receipt.
- Ready-made items or in-stock Foundlings
will be shipped to you the next business day.
- Custom Designs will take longer, but we will
contact you within 48 hours to discuss your design ideas. We can send you pictures of sample ides, and we will work
closely with you to create that signature piece you've always wanted.
We are great fans of the United States Postal
Service. Of all the carriers we use, the USPS provides the best, most-reliable delivery for an amazingly low price.
We use:
- First class for packages under 16
ounces.
- Priority mail (two to three business
days)
- Express mail (one to two business
days)
- Your shipping cost will be the same
as what the post office charges! WE DO NOT CHARGE "HANDLING" AT THIS TIME! Good heavens: You're buying the
item and it doesn't cost me anything to have the mail carrier pick it up, so...!
- When you place your order, we will give you
the cost of shipping, and the Washington state sales tax if you are a state resident.

For pieces that are already in our inventory,
you have ten days from the date of receipt to return an item for refund of the purchase price. For custom designs, you
may return an item in those first ten days for a refund of 75% of your purchase price. Remember, for custom designs,
we will work with you in advance to best assure your delight. We want this to be as fun for you as it is for us.
Chain, chain, chain(s)
To help keep prices down, we often create pendants that folks
can put on favorite chains already in their possession. Only when we find a true bargain on neckchains do we include
them with our pendants. Here's how to tell what is included in your purchase:
- The item description will say, "chain included."
- The picture of the item will show the pendant with a chain
or cord.
- The chain or cordage will say, "customizable."
A "customizable" chain or cord can be specified to the length
you want. If you see a pendant that you like, but it comes with a chain or cord that is not the length you want, just tell
us your favorite length. Standard lengths in inches are 16 (choker), 18, 20, 22, 24, 30, and 36 (opera length).
Cord-hung pendants are exceptionally easy to customize, and we are happy to do that for you. Remember, this is your
special piece.
